2019
The First Doodle
Maya sketched a coffee cup on a napkin during a trip to Addis. That doodle became our logo.
2020
Garage Roasting
Our first 1kg roaster lived in a garage. Neighbors complained about the smell. We apologized. They stayed.
2022
Hello, Gent
Opened our café-roastery on Vrijdagmarkt. Canal light, thick blue borders, and first crack drifting over the square.
2024
Direct Trade
Partnered with 8 origin farms. Every bag tells a story — and every story starts with a doodle.
